Description:

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation : Advanced Life Support - when it is your turn to lead the team will you have a reliable assistant to keep a record and watch the time?

ALS NOTES is the Advanced Life Support team leader's best ever application: it gives real-time event recording during adult advanced life support (resuscitation) so after the resuscitation all interventions done and rhythms recorded are precisely documented according to the Utstein database requirements. It also gives time alerts (2 min CPR cycles; adrenalin 3-5 minutes) during the code and contains quick references for the ALS algorithm, the reversible causes (how to recognize and how to treat) etc. It even won't let you interrupt chest compressions for any longer than 10 seconds!
Not sure when the next epinephrine (adrenaline) is due? Don't worry, the ALS Notes application will tell you exactly!
Not sure which'reversible causes'you still have to check (or as a matter of fact how to do it or how to deal with it?) - ALS Notes will help you..
Don't worry about the clock and documentations - concentrate on the patient and do your best to save a life.

At the end of the event, a detailed Event Summary will be available fully compliant with the Utstein style reporting system. This summary could be edited, saved and e-mailed as well so you can print or keep a record for further audits.
Recommended for medical professionals (emergency medicine, internal medicine, critical care), doctors and nurses who are participating and/or leading ALS teams, paramedics, resuscitation training officers, and students who wants to practice ALS.

This app was developed by senior clinicians with every day experience in resuscitation who do know what was missing...
